Refunds are not accepted this time.

However, exchanges are assessed on a case by case basis at seller's discretion for store credit only. During the initial 72 hours after delivery, you must reach out to us as the seller reserves the right to decline any and all exchanges.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hi@brianbibeaudesigns.com within 72 hours of delivery. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Wear & Care

Seller will not be held responsible for wear and tear of used items. Please treat your items gently, as they are handmade and natural stones can be delicate. Especially turquoise and labradorite, as they are relatively soft, semi-porous stones that are sensitive to bumps, scratches, and the elements.

Overtime, exposure to liquids, oils from your skin, soaps, cosmetics, and other chemicals may alter the color of your items and metals. This is a natural occurrence, but can be slowed with proper care. Please remember to always take your jewelry off before washing your hands, showering, swimming, applying lotion, using cleaning products, participating in strenuous activity, and so fourth to prolong the life of your piece.

Any rough or wet/dirty activity may be harmful to your handmade jewelry. Bumping your piece accidentally may cause these natural stones to crack, so please treat them with care!

Additionally, metals (such as sterling silver) may tarnish with exposure to air. Please get in touch with us at hi@brianbibeaudesigns.com if you have further questions regarding care for your jewelry. These pieces are made to withstand the test of time, but proper care is essential.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
