Are your pieces made to order?
Yes, most pieces are made once we receive your order. While we do have a small inventory that is ready to ship, most pieces are handmade just for you!
How long does it take?
Ready to ship items will be processed for shipment within 1-5 business days. Made to order from 1-4 weeks (but will often be shipped sooner). Custom orders will have varying processing times, which will be quoted prior to creating. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment for all domestic purchases. We will alert you right away if there is any changes in timing.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
No, unfortunately not at this time. Due to limitations and time constraints of being a small business, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges.
